Decorative Cucumber Topped with Branston Pickle

Cucumber 4cm
Branston pickle 2 tsp

Method

Cut almost all the way through the cucumber to make two identical halves.

Use another knife and cut diagonally through until you hit the first knife.

Turn the cucumber over and repeat Step 2.

the two halves should pull apart nice and cleanly.

Top with a tsp of Branston pickle for a quick and easy - and attractive - canape.
