Sausage Meatball & Onion Stir Fry

Super simple and super delicious dish using just sausagemeat and onions.

Ingredients

Your favorite sausages 3
Onion 1
Spring onion 1
Salt & pepper 2 pinches each
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp

Method

Sausages have bags of flavour so you don't really need any seasoning. Simply remove the skin from the sausages then divide into 4 and make small meatballs. Slice the onions very thinly.

Put the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage meatballs for 4-5 minutes on high heat.

Add the onions and a pinch each of salt & pepper and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the roughly chopped spring onion and another pinch each of salt & pepper. Finally, add the soy sauce and cook for 1 minute before serving.

Tips & Note

Add 1 tsp of curry powder at step 3 if you like a spicy finish.
