Spicy Carrot Salad

Ingredients

Carrots 3
Celery 1
Garlic 1 clove
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Sesame oil 1.5 tbsp
Fish sauce (nam pla) 2 tsp
Curry powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt & pepper as required

Method

1
Use a peeler to cut the carrots into ribbons (as a pasta). Remove the fibres from the celery and cut diagonally.

Put both in a bowl and sprinkle the sesame oil over it. Add the crushed garlic, fish sauce, curry powder and chilli powder and mix.

Adjust to taste with salt & pepper.
