Serves 2 Prep: 3 min Cook: 5 min

Ingredients

Beansprouts 1/3 pack (120g)
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Tahini 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1.5 tbsp
Noodle broth 1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper if you like
Spring onions if you like
White sesame seeds if you like

Method

1
This the tahini I use in dressings and sauces.
2
Put the tahini, light soy sauce and noodle broth into a small bowl and stir well.
3
Wash the beansprouts and drain. Put the oil in a frying pan and stir fry on high heat for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and allow to cook on residual heat.
4
Mix with the tahini sauce before placing on a dish. Sprinkle with the spring onions and sesame seeds. It's also lovely when it's cold.

Tips & Note

Always cook the beansprouts on a high heat for a short time to retain the crunchiness.
