Ingredients

Beansprouts 100g
Cucumber (7cm) 100g
Kombu seaweed 1 tbsp

Method

1
Place beansprouts onto a microwaveable dish and cook for 1 minute (600W). Then plunge into a bowl of water before draining.
2
Finely slice the cucumber.
3
You can either slice or chop the kombu seaweed, or keep it whole, as you prefer.
4
Mix the beansprouts, cucumber and kombu seaweed.
5
Serve on a dish, your salad is ready to eat. The crunchy texture of the beansprouts and cucumber is really good!

Tips & Note

It's easiest to buy washed, ready-to-eat beansprouts. If you leave the ingredients for too long, they will become less crunchy, so better to eat straightaway.
