Beansprouts And Tuna Sandwich

I adapted the recipe from JasmineAndAlmond's Stir-Fried Beansprouts and Tuna, by just putting it inside some slices of bread.

Recipe By: KitchenCIB (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/94)
Serves 2 Prep: 5 min Cook: 15 min

Ingredients

Tinned tuna (in sunflower oil) 80g
Sliced bread 4
Beansprouts 100g
Mayonnaise 1.5-2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper a little

Method

1
Wash the beansprouts and pat dry.
2
Put 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and heat on high. Add the beansprouts and cook for 1 minute. Add the tuna and mayonnaise for another minute.
3
Pour the soy sauce in and turn off the heat, cooking on residual heat for another minute. Season with salt & pepper.
4
Place half of Step 3 each onto two slices of bread.
5
If you prefer a stronger taste, you can add extra mayonnaise. Cover with the other slices of bread and press down a little.
6
Slice in half, it's ready to eat.

Tips & Note

Absorb any moisture from the beansprouts with some kitchen paper. The key with beansprouts is always the crunchiness, so never overcook them.
