Korean BBQ Sauce Spaghetti

You know it's going to taste great!

Recipe By: KitchenCIB (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/94)
Serves 1 Prep: 5 min Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Spaghetti 100g
Beef (any cut) 100g
Red pepper 1/3
Green pepper 1/3
Onion 1/3
Carrot 1/3
Green beans 10
Korean BBQ sauce (ougon no tare) 2-2.5 tbsp

Method

1
This is the BBQ sauce I bought, it's from Ebara.
2
Rub the chopped beef with the 1 tbsp BBQ sauce. Cut the vegetables to the same size.
3
Start cooking the pasta. You'll get a salty BBQ sauce, so add only half the amount you normally would (such as 5g for 1 litre water).
4
Put 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables on high heat.
5
Add the beef and fry well.
6
About 3 minutes before the pasta is ready, add 1-1.5 tbsp BBQ sauce and fry further.
7
When the sauce is reduced, add 1-1.5 ladles of pasta water and reduce.
8
Transfer the cooked pasta to the frying pan. Turn off the heat and mix the pasta into the sauce thoroughly with tongs.
9
Transfer to a serving dish.

Tips & Note

●Add more beef and vegetables for hungry kids
●The key is to thoroughly mix the pasta with the sauce for 1 minute before you serve it
