Serves 3-4

Ingredients

Cucumber 1/2 or 1
Tahini 2 tbsp
Noodle broth (mentsuyu) 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds as you like
Chilli pepper as you like

Method

1
I found a piece of cucumber left in the fridge and made it with that.
2
Put the tahini, noodle broth and vinegar in a bowl and mix well.
3
Cut the cucumber into quarter lengths and remove the centre seeded core. Chop into biteseize pieces.
4
Add to the bowl at Step 2 and mix. Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Tips & Note

Once mixed with the cucumber, serve immediately to avoid its crunchiness being softened by the salt. Prepare in 3 minutes, eat it in 2!
