Simmered Tofu with Pink Radish

Ingredients

Radishes 1 pack
Firm tofu 1
Lemon juice 1/2-1
Sea salt or soy sauce a little
Cress as required

Method

Blend the radishes or finely chop.

Cut the tofu into bitesize pieces and put in a pan. Place the radish on top then turn the heat on to low.

When the tofu and radish is warmed through, transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the cress.

Squeeze the lemon juice and sprinkle with the sea salt or soy sauce before serving.

Tips & Note

●The lemon juice will intensify the pink colour of the radish.
