Korean Seaweed Salad

The saltiness of the Korean seaweed makes you want to have some rice or sake.

Ingredients

Salad leaves as required
Korean seaweed nori 5 sheets
Sesame oil as required
Soy sauce as required
Crushed sesame as required

Method

Wash the salad leaves (lettuce or babyleaf lettuce) thoroughly. I used babyleaf lettuce here.

Place the salad leaves onto a plate. Scatter the torn nori sheets over the top. Pour the wet ingredients over the top and sprinkle over with the sesame.

You can buy the Korean seaweed nori from Itsu.

Tips & Note

Iceberg lettuce doesn't really suit this dish as it contains too much water.
In Japan, I always use Sunny lettuce.
