Serves 2 Prep: 5 min Cook: 12 min

Ingredients

Natto 2 packs
Garlic 1 clove
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Soy sauce as required
Parsley as required
Spaghetti for 2 people

Method

1
Put the finely chopped garlic and olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat until you can smell the garlic.
2
Add the breadcrumbs and fry on a low heat until very crispy. Turn off the heat.
3
The natto forms the sauce, so mix with the sauce packet included and soy sauce to give a thick consistency.
4
Put the cooked spaghetti onto a serving dish. Place the natto sauce and crispy breadcrumbs on top and garnish with the parsley. It's ready.

Tips & Note

You can also garnish with cress instead of parsley.
