Crabmeat with Fried Rice

I used shelled crab meat from Sea Food and Eat It.

Ingredients

Crabmeat from Sea Food and Eat It 1 pack (100g)
Rice 2 gou (300g)
White wine 3 tbsp
Ginger 1 thumb
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Dashi broth enough for 2 gou
Spring onions as required

Method

Wash the rice and put into a rice cooker.

Add the finely grated ginger, white wine, salt, soy sauce and mirin to Step 1. Pour in enough dashi broth for the rice.

Place the crabmeat on top. Close the rice cooker and cook as normal.

When it's cooked, stir well to mix in the crabmeat. Put into small serving bowls and sprinkle over the finely chopped spring onions.

This is the crabmeat pack I used. You can also buy the same with brown crabmeat.

Tips & Note

I used some dashi broth I made for miso soup.
