Deep Fried Potatoes in a Spicy Paprika Dressing

Definitely goes well with a nice cold beer.

Ingredients

New potatoes 20
Vegetable oil for frying as required
Paprika 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1/2
Salt & pepper as required

Method

Lightly boil the potatoes. Heat up the oil for frying then deep fry the potatoes until nice and brown.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Put the paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice and salt & pepper in a bowl and mix well.

While the potatoes are still hot, add into Step 3 and coat well.

Transfer to a serving dish, it's ready to enjoy!

Tips & Note

●Eat while it's hot, it's really delicious!
●You can add finely chopped parsley at Step 4 to change the colour and make it more attractive.
