Scrummy Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

Potatoes (medium) 4-5
Olive oil as required
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt 1/2 tsp

Method

Boil the chopped potatoes until cooked through then drain thoroughly. Return the pan to the heat.

Pour enough olive oil into the pan to about 1cm deep then add the cooked potatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes at 170°C until nicely browned. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.

Heat a frying pan with the butter and grated garlic and add the potatoes from Step 2. Season with the salt and fry for 1 minute before devouring.
