Chinese chilli bean sauce | 2 tbsp |
Tahini or sesame paste | 2-3 tbsp |
Miso | 2 tbsp |
Soy sauce | 1 tbsp |
Chicken stock | 500-700ml |
Vegetable oil | 1 tbsp |
Salt & pepper | as required |
●Use white miso rather than red, but if it's too sweet, add more soy sauce.
●The sesame paste and miso are likely to sink to the bottom of the pan so stir to incorporate them before serving.
