Nice and Crunchy Beansprouts & Tuna Side Dish

A really simple recipe taught to me by my aunt.

Ingredients

Beansprouts 1 pack
Tinned tuna (in brine, spring water or oil) 1
Soy sauce as required
Vegetable oil as required
Salt a little
Pepper a little

Method

Wash the beansprouts and drain in a salad spinner or pat dry. Lightly drain the tuna.

Put the oil in a large frying pan or wok and add the beansprouts on high heat.

Stir fry for 1-2 minutes and add the tuna. Break into flakes and mix.

Pour the soy sauce in around the edge of the frying pan. Season with salt & pepper.

Tips & Note

※Beansprouts have a lot of water content, so be sure to drain or pat dry well before frying otherwise it will end up a bit soggy
