Smoked salmon 100g
Cooked rice as required
Salad leaves as required
Soy sauce as required
Sesame oil as required
Wasabi as required

Method

Cut the smoked salmon to bitesize pieces.

Put the hot cooked rice in a bowl and add the salad leaves and smoked salmon on top.

Pour over a bit of soy sauce and sesame oil and enjoy with a touch of wasabi with each bite.

Tips & Note

Soft salad leaves work well in this dish, I used a tenderleaf salad pack from Tesco.
