Quick Microwaved Tuna with Celery

Celery 150g
Small tinned tuna (in sunflower oil) 1
Chicken stock cube 1/2
Salt & pepper a pinch each
Soy sauce 1.5 tbsp
Honey 1.5 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp

Method

Here is the celery and tuna.

Chop the celery into 1cm dice and put in a bowl with the tuna and its oil. Add all the seasonings and mix well.

Cover the bowl loosely with cling film and microwave for 2 minutes. Mix well and serve sprinkled with the sesame seeds in a dish.

Tips & Note

It's almost funny that this is called a recipe, it's so simple but the finish is really quite serious!
