Microwave Moreish Peppers with Egg (Mugen Piman)

Ingredients

Green pepper 1
Red peppers 1
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper 1 tbsp
Chicken stock granules 1 tbsp
Tinned tuna (in oil) 1 (85g)
Egg 1
Sesame seeds as you like

Method

Here are the ingredients.

Shred the peppers into 2mm slices and put in a bowl with the sesame oil, tuna, salt & pepper and stock granules. Cover with cling film and microwave for 2 minutes.

Remove the cling film and mix well. Cover with more cling film and microwave again for 2 minutes. Remove the cling film and pour in the beaten egg and microwave for 1 minute, covered with cling film.

Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Tips & Note

If the egg is not cooked enough, microwave for another minute.
