Super Quick Stir Fried Savoury Cabbage & Tuna

I just adapted the Nice and Crunchy Beansprouts & Tuna Side Dish recipe made by 'JasmineAndAlmond' (recipe ID 381), it worked out really well.

Ingredients

Pointed cabbage 1/2
Tinned tuna (in sunflower oil) 1 (60g)
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1 tsp
Noodle broth (mentsuyu) 1 tsp
Salt & pepper a little
Sesame seeds as you like

Method

I used this Princes tinned tuna.

Cut the pointed cabbage in half then roughly chop one side. Use the centre core if you like it crunchy.

Put the oil in a frying pan and fry the cabbage for 1 minute. Season with salt & pepper.

Add the tuna and fry for a further 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce, mayonnaise and noodle broth, stirring all the while.

Fry for 3 minutes before transferring to a serving dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.

Tips & Note

You could sprinkle with chilli powder on top if you like it a bit spicy.
