Brown Crabmeat on Toast

Ingredients

Baguette slices 2~3
Brown crabmeat 80g
Mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp
Single cream 1 tbsp
Nori for garnish as required
Sesame seeds for garnish as required

Method

Preheat the oven 180C and lightly toast the diagonal slices of baguette.

Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise and cream in a bowl.

Spread Step 2 thickly onto the toasted baguettes and garnish with finely crushed nori seaweed and sesame seeds, if you like.

Tips & Note

When you buy a Dressed Crab, it means a crab that's already been shelled and prepared beforehand. It's normally sold as white and brown crabmeat in the same shell.
