Ingredients

Salmon 400g
White wine vinegar 1 tbsp
Maple syrup 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tbsp

Method

Put the sesame oil in a frying pan and add the chopped salmon.

When the salmon turns white, start to flake it.

Add the white wine vinegar, soy sauce and maple syrup and fry further.

When most of the moisture has cooked away, turn the heat off.

Tips & Note

Once the salmon is cooked, it will flake easily. Keep the salmon quite moist.
