Super delicious crabmeat flavoured broccoli

You can find John West's "Dressed Crab" in supermarkets. This is an excellent seasoning.

Ingredients

Dressed crab(John West) 1
Broccoli (small) 1
Surimi (crabsticks) 2
Leek 6cm
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt (for boiling) 1 tsp
Chicken stock 300ml
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sake (white wine) 3 tbsp
Corn starch (in water) as required
Milk 1 tsp

Method

This is John West's Dressed Crab. You can get it at a large store such as Tesco for just under 3 pounds for one tin. Uuseful.

Cut the broccoli into small florets ahead of time. Separate the egg into white and yolk.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt to plenty of hot water and bring to a boil, then boil the broccoli for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, add 2 tablespoons of oil to a frying pan, divide the leek into 4 equal parts and cook on high heat for 3 minutes to make green onion oil.

Leave the leek as it is, add the crabsticks hat have been split into 4 equal parts and the dressed crab and fry. Then add only the yolks and fry together for about 30 seconds.

Add the chicken stock, cooked broccoli, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3 tablespoons sake. Simmer for about 3 minutes, then add the water-soluble corn starch to thicken.

To finish, add 1 teaspoon of milk to make it mellow and add egg whites, stirring gently.
