Brown crabmeat | 100-150g |
Tinned tomatoes (chopped) | 1 (220g) |
Single cream | 100ml |
Sugar | 1/2 tbsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Spaghetti | for 2 people |
Garlic | 1 clove |
Oil | 1/2 tbsp |
The tomatoes, if simmered for a long time, will lose their sourness and become richer and deeper. If you don't have time, you can just add sugar to reduce the sourness. While it's simmering, crush the tomatoes thoroughly with a fork otherwise the lumps of tomato will keep the dish tasting rather sour.
