Linguine Peperoncino with Okra

Ingredients

Okra 175g
Linguine 200g
Garlic 2 cloves
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli a little

Method

Start with the linguine. Boil in salted water 1-1.5% salt in 1l of water.

Cut the tops off the okra and slice into half lengthways.

5 minutes before the pasta is cooked, put the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic on a low heat.

When you smell the garlic, add the okra and fry for 2-3 minutes. Be careful of the spitting oil.

When the linguine is cooked, drain well, then add into the frying pan and mix together well. Adjust seasoning with salt and cayenne pepper.
