Green leaf salad leaves (rocket, baby kale, cress) | 15-20g |
Tomatoes | 50g |
Cucumber | 50g |
Extra virgin olive oil | 1 tbsp |
Balsamic vinegar | 1 tbsp |
Honey | as required |
Salt | 1/4 tsp |
When you put the chicken on to boil, turn the heat off as soon as the meat starts to turn white and put the lid on. It will be a lovely moist chicken breast.
