Beetroot Dressing

Ingredients

Beetroot 1/2
Your favourite salad pack as required
Dressing:
Greek yogurt 100g
Your favourite vinegar 3 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Sea salt 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp

Method

Peel the beetroot and grate it.

Mix together all the dressing ingredients with Step 1. It's ready to serve.

Spoon over your favourite salad and enjoy!

Tips & Note

●Grate and make this dressing just before you need it so that the body can absorb its digestive enzymes and prevent constipation.
