Super Easy Chilli Con Carne

Even using shop bought Chilli con Carne seasoning, this is a good recipe for a satisfying dish.

Ingredients

Tinned kidney beans 1
Tinned tomatoes (chopped) 1
Onion (medium) 1
Minced beef 300g
Olive oil as required
Salt as required
Chilli con Carne seasoning as required

Method

Fry the finely chopped onion on medium heat.

Add the minced beef, season with salt and fry.

Add the drained kidney beans and tomatoes and heat. You can add a bay leaf if you like.

Sprinkle the chilli con carne seasoning and mix thoroughly. Cook for 5 minutes.

As a suggestion, you can wrap in tortilla - kids love this!

Tips & Note

You can also enjoy this with pasta or with rice, it's up to you.
