Yam as you like
Salt for sprinkling
Olive oil for coating

Method

Peel and slice the yam and place on an oven tray.

Sprinkle with salt.

Spray (or coat) with olive oil on both sides.

Put into a preheated oven 180C for 10 minutes until golden brown.
