Serves 4 Prep: 5 min Cook: 10 min Nutrition: 100 cals
Broccoli bulb | 1 |
Tofu | 300g |
Satay sauce (shop bought) | 2 tbsp |
Sugar | 0.5-1 tbsp |
Noodle broth, concentrated (mentsuyu) | 1 tbsp |
Tofu has quite a bland flavour but when you add a small amount of sesame seeds, nuts, or miso, you get enrich it. Use as much or little sugar as you like. Because the boiling time of the stem and flower part of the broccoli is completely different, make sure you use a small pan to let the broccoli stand upright. Boil it in large florets first, cool it in cold water and chop into smaller pieces to make it easier to cook.
