Crushed Sesame & Honey Toast

A lovely crunchy toast softened with honey.

Ingredients

Sliced bread 1
Butter 1 tsp
Crushed sesame seeds 1 tsp
Honey 1.5 tbsp
Black sesame seeds as you like

Method

Spread the bread with the butter and cover with the honey and crushed sesame seeds right to the edge.

Sprinkle with the black sesame seeds and put in a preheated oven 200C for 5-6 minutes.

The bread will absorb the honey almost all the way through, making it soft on top and crunchy at the bottom - so delicious!

Tips & Note

Use lots of crushed sesame seeds to give a deep flavour.
