Blackberry & Yogurt Eton Mess

Is this a recipe or just a great idea? It's ready in 1 minute!

Recipe By: Mizue (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/32)
Serves 1 Cook: 5 min

Ingredients

Natural plain yogurt 100ml
Meringue 1
Blackberries 50g

Method

1
Here are the ingredients.
2
Put the yogurt and blackberries in a dessert glass in alternate layers. Leave a few blackberries for the garnish.
3
Crush the meringue and sprinkle on top. Garnish with the blackberries.

Tips & Note

Ready-made meringues are like sugar sweets so gives the Eton Mess a good sweetness (the plain yogurt and blackberries are probably not that sweet). If you mix it well with the meringue when you eat it, it will be naughty but nice!
