Baguette as required
Honey as required

This is the Yeo Valley yogurt I used to make solid yogurt, see recipe ID: 1924.

The recipe shows how to make this solid yogurt by weighing down overnight to get rid of the whey.

Spread lots of the solid yogurt onto the baguette or bread and drizzle with as much honey as you like before serving.
