Quick & Easy Japanese Curry on Rice with Cheese & Egg

After a hard day, this is like heaven!

Recipe By: KMR-type-B (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/47)
Serves 1 Cook: 5 min

Ingredients

Cooked rice for 1
Japanese curry cube 1
Cheddar cheese as you like
Egg 1

Method

1
Here are the 3 ingredients you need with the rice. Use your favourite cheese.
2
Put the cooked rice in a bowl and make a hollow in the centre.
3
Dissolve the curry cube in hot water and pour in half over the rice. Sprinkle with half the grated cheese and crack the egg in the hollow.
4
Pour in the remaining curry and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. You've got two layers of curry and cheese.
5
Microwave for 4 minutes before serving. If you cook it longer, the egg will be fully cooked which you want to avoid.
6
You can use any leftover curry if you have any, it would be even quicker!

Tips & Note

When you make up the curry, add a touch of ketchup or Worcester sauce to vary the taste.
