Ingredients

Flour 3 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Vanilla extract 4-5 drops

Method

Put the flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl and mix well.

Add the oil and egg and mix well until there are no lumps.

Add the vanilla extract and mix. Pour into a mug.

Microwave for around 2 minutes - it's ready!

Tips & Note

Adjust the sweetness to your preferred taste. This is a basic mug cake recipe, so you could add some coffee or jam or many other sweet ingredients.
