Strawberry & Banana Yogurt Parfait with Custard

Surprisingly easy and delicious dessert.

Ingredients

Banana (large) 1
Strawberries 5 & 2 for garnish
Creamy sauce:
Custard 100g
Natural yogurt 100g
Mikado Pocky or chocolate fingers 4

Method

Slice the banana and quarter the strawberries.

Put the custard and yoghurt in a bowl and mix well.

Mash Step 1 with a fork and add to the custard and yogurt.

Put into a dessert glass and decorate with the remaining strawberries and the Pocky or chocolate fingers.

This is the custard I used this time, the Sainsbury's Taste the Difference with vanilla seeds.

This dish will keep custard lovers happy.
