Speedy Prawn, Surimi & French Beans In A Thick Sauce

Ingredients

Prawns 10
Surimi 5
French beans 1 handful
Sake 1 tbsp
Granulated sugar 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Potato starch or cornflour 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp

Method

Chop the beans into bitesize lengths and put in a pan on a medium heat with the lid on. Shake the pan and heat until the beans become a darker green. Prepare the seasoning separately.

Add the prawns and surimi (bitesize) and cover with a lid. When the prawns turn pink, add the seasoning and heat until it's thickened.

As soon as the ingredients are cooked, it's ready to serve. Season to taste.

Tips & Note

On a cold day, add 1 tsp of chopped ginger - this will warm you up.
