Fermented Beans (Natto) With Fried Rice

Ingredients

Cooked rice 100g
Natto 1 pack (45g)
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Bacon 35g
Green pepper 1 (65g)
Red onion 1/2 (60g)
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Tomato wedges as a garnish (optional) 2
Flat parsley as a garnish (optional a little

Method

Chop the bacon into 1cm pieces. Finely chop the red onion and green pepper.

Stir fry Step 1 in a frying pan with olive oil, on a medium high heat.

Add the cooked rice and natto into Step 2, pour some soy sauce in and mix well. Garnish with the tomato and parsley if you like.

Tips & Note

●The saltiness comes from the bacon, so the soy sauce is only 1 tsp, but adjust to your taste. Of course, you can use ordinary onion or spring onion instead of the red onion.
