Smoked Salmon Asian-Style Rice Bowl (Donburi)

Ingredients

Cooked rice for 2 people
Smoked salmon trimmings 120g
Peanuts 1 heaped tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Sesame oil 3 tbsp

Chopped coriander 10g
Chopped spring onion 1/2
Lime zest 1

Method

Cook the rice.

Put all the ingredients for A and the smoked salmon into a bowl and mix lightly.

Dry roast the peanuts and crush and add to Step 2.

Put the sesame oil in a frying pan and heat on medium. Fry the finely sliced garlic.

Add the oil (keep the garlic aside) from Step 4 into Step 3.

Put the cooked rice into a bowl and place Step 5 on top. Garnish with the fried garlic.
