Instant No Drain Pasta Soup (Cheddar Cheese Flavour)

This is a one pot pasta soup dish - simply add your cheese sauce straight in with the pasta liquid for an instant lunch!

Ingredients

Pasta 150g
Colman's Cheddar Cheese Sauce 1 pack (40g)
Milk 300ml
Water 150ml
Parsley as you like
Salt & pepper as you like

Method

Put the pack of Colman's Cheddar Cheese Sauce together with the water and milk in a pan to boil.

Straight into the pan, add the dry pasta and simmer for 8-10 minutes. The pasta will absorb the liquid, leaving the sauce with just the right concentration of cheese.

You won't need to drain away any of the pasta water. When the pasta is cooked, it's ready to eat. Season with salt & pepper and sprinkle some parsley if you like.
