Serves 1 Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Pasta for 1
Fat free yogurt 2 heaped tbsp
Vegetable stock granules 1/2 tsp
Tinned marrowfat peas 2 heaped tbsp
Ham slices 2-3
Salt & pepper as you like

Method

1
Start cooking your pasta. In the meantime, mix the yogurt and stock granules.
2
Add the marrowfat peas and chopped to the yogurt. You can use green peas if you like.
3
When the pasta is cooked, mix all the ingredients together. Adjust with salt & pepper. This dish looks trendy if you use short pasta like fusilli.

Tips & Note

Two heaped tbsp of fat free yogurt, it's 30kcalories. Single cream is four times (120kcal) and double cream is nine time (280kcal). Using the yogurt is much healthier and makes the dish really refreshing.
