Ingredients

Spinach 1 pack (200g)
Unsalted nuts 1/2 cup
Garlic 2-4 cloves
Cheese 1/2 cup
Salt 1-2 tsp
Pepper as you like
Lemon or lime 1/2
Olive oil 100ml

Method

Here are the ingredients. Wash the spinach and drain thoroughly. Microwave the garlic for a minute if you don't like its strong smell.

Blend the spinach, nuts, garlic and grated cheese well. Add the salt & pepper, lemon juice and olive oil and mix well until smooth.

Season to taste with salt & pepper. It's ready to use.
