Mozzarella Cheese Salad with Bonito Flakes

Super simple but quite trendy.

Ingredients

Mozzarella cheese 250g
Bonito flakes 6g
Soy sauce 1.5 tsp
Chives as required
Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
Wasabi as required

Method

Mix the bonito flakes and soy sauce in a small bowl.

Arrange the ripped mozzarella attractively on a serving dish. Add the soaked bonito flakes from Step 1 in the middle.

You can add wasabi if you like. Add the snipped chives over the cheese.

Drizzle with lots of olive oil.
