Squid 2
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Ponzu vinegar 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1/2 tbsp

Method

Slice the squid into rings and stir fry in the vegetable oil.

When it turns white, the squid is cooked. Turn off the heat.

Add the mayonnaise and ponzu and mix lightly, it's ready to serve.
