When I made the Portuguese Meringue Cheesecake called Morotov, I was inspired to make this ultra fluffy version. But, it was not a cake, it just stopped at a meringue. If I'd made a bit more effort, it would have been wonderful - help please!

Tomato, Chicken thighs with skin on , Cream cheese, Salt & pepper, Potato starch or cornflour, To make the sauce, Light soy sauce, Mirin, Sugar, Sake, Garlic, Sesame seeds
Blend the mackerel to make an instant pate. Delicious when spread on toast. Traditional pates use butter but this time I used cream cheese which makes it much milder.
Everyone asks to eat a lovely tiramisu when it's a birthday or anniversary. My friends love it when I take this to a dinner party, it makes everyone smile. It's perfectly suitable if you have an egg allergy or can't eat raw egg - it has none!
