Polish Stir Fried Cabbage & Pork Belly Ham

The pork belly ham itself is delicious, so I stir fried it simply with cabbage.

Ingredients

Polish pork belly ham 5cm
Pointed cabbage 1/2
Fresh parsley as you like
Sesame oil as required
Salt a pinch
●Miso paste (red) 1 tbsp
●Chinese chilli bean sauce 1 tsp
●Sugar 1 tsp
●Noodle broth (mentsuyu) 1 tbsp

Method

This is the Polish pork belly ham, Morliny brand, from tesco.

Mix together all the ●ingredients in a small bowl.

Cut the pork into 10 slices, 5mm thick. Trim off the hard rind and cut into half.

Cut the cabbage into bitesize pieces.

Put the sesame oil in a frying pan on high heat. Add the cabbage and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Stir fry for 1 minute then add the pork.

Add Step 2 and finely chopped parsley. Fry for 1 minute before serving.

Tips & Note

●The pork is already cooked, so you only need to heat it in the frying pan.
●Adjust the heat to your taste with the chilli bean sauce and sugar.
