Speedy Banana Choco Waffle

Chop the banana into the mix and bake.

Recipe By: Tobuchan (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/25)
Cook: 20 min

Ingredients

Self raising flour 200g
Granulated sugar 80g
Salt a pinch
Egg 1
Melted butter 40g
Milk 200ml
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Banana 1
Milk chocolate 1 square

Method

1
Put all the ingredients from flour to milk into a bowl and mix well.
2
Chop the banana and add to into the bowl. Grate the chocolate into the bowl and mix well again.
3
Warm the waffle maker with a medium heat. Out 1.5 tbsp of the mix onto both sides and close the cover.
4
Cook each side for 2-3 minutes both sides until golden brown. It's ready!

Tips & Note

Using 80g sugar for 200g flour is sweet enough, so use the chocolate for flavour only.
Using plain flour, the end result is a light fluffy waffle. If you prefer crispier waffles, use half strong flour.
