Simple but Delicious Drop Cookies

You can make 3 trays with this amount - garnish with your favourite toppings, you can do three different ones!

Ingredients

Flour 200g
Butter 100g
Granulated sugar 100g
Egg 1
Milk 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract 2-3 drops
Jam or raisins for garnish as you like

Method

Put the room-temperature butter in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until white and creamy.

Add the granulated sugar in 3 lots and mix well each time. Repeat with the egg.

Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix.

Sift in the flour and fold in lightly.

Fill a piping bag with the mixture from Step 4. Pipe out onto a lined baking sheet.

Top with jam or raisins.

Put in a preheated oven 180C for 15 minutes.

Tips & Note

Raisins can burn easily so soak in warm water before using.
