Recipe By: Tobuchan (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/25)
Serves 8 Prep: 15 min Cook: 20 min

Ingredients

Puff pastry sheet 1
Bananas 3
Chocolate chips (milk) 30g
Melted butter 10g
Egg yolk 1
Granulated sugar 10g
Cinnamon powder 1 heaped tsp
Icing sugar (to dust) as you like

Method

1
I used this upmarket all butter puff pastry this time.
2
Cut the pastry sheet into 4 and pierce randomly with a fork.
3
Line an oven tray with a baking sheet and place the pastry on top. Sprinkle with as many chocolate chips as you like.
4
Cut the banana in 1cm diagonal slices and lay along the pastry in one strip.
5
Brush the pastry only with the egg yolk and the banana with melted butter.
6
Sprinkle the granulated sugar (as much as you like) and cinnamon powder over the top.
7
Put into a preheated oven 200C for 20 minutes. It's ready when it's nice and golden.
8
You can dust with icing sugar for a trendy finish!

Tips & Note

●The sweetness will depend on the bananas as well, so use less sugar for really ripe bananas.
