Poppy Seed and Banana Porridge

A super recipe from Jamie Oliver, it's really tasty, but more of a dessert than breakfast.

Ingredients

Porridge oats 1 mug
Water 3 mugs
Salt a pinch
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Banana 1/6
Dried coconut 1 tsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Banana 1/6
Honey 1 tbsp

Method

This is the organic porridge oats. Cook on low heat with the water for 30 minutes, stirring all the time.

You can use instant porridge in the microwave for 2-3 minutes if you don't have time.

Add the poppy seeds, coconut, 1/6 banana, nutmeg and honey to the cooked porridge. Mix well.

Garnish with the finely sliced banana and drizzle with honey, it's ready to eat and enjoy.
